Privacy

Carve Log does not host your workout data on any server. Your workouts, body measurements, custom exercises, and settings are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB, and they never leave your device unless you explicitly export them.

What we store

Your workouts, body measurements, custom exercises, and settings live in your browser’s IndexedDB. They never leave your device unless you use the export feature in Settings.

What we do not collect

  • No accounts, sign-ups, or passwords.
  • No tracking pixels or fingerprinting.
  • No third-party advertising networks.
  • No selling, sharing, or syncing of your training data.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (Plausible-style page-view counts, no cookies, no personal identifiers) to understand which pages are useful. The raw analytics dataset has no row that ties back to you.

Cookies

Carve Log does not set tracking cookies. Your browser may store lightweight, functional state (locale preference, theme) in localStorage, scoped to this site only.

Your data, your control

Use the Settings tab inside the app to export your data to a JSON file at any time, or to clear everything in one click. Because everything is local, uninstalling means closing the tab.
