What we make

  • 15 calculators — 1RM, TDEE, macros, BMI, body fat, plate math, strength standards, pace, heart rate zones, and more.
  • Pillar guides — long-form articles on programming, technique, nutrition, and recovery.

Why we built it

Most fitness apps want your email, push you to a paid tier, and keep your training history hostage. Carve Log is the alternative we wanted for ourselves: an honest set of tools that work in any browser, in five languages, without an account.
