Carve Log’s calculators, guides, and workout tools are educational. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutrition, or coaching advice. Accuracy
We strive for correctness, but formulas (1RM estimators, TDEE, body-fat equations, strength standards, etc.) are approximations based on population averages. Treat results as informed starting points, not verdicts.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the site at abusive rates, redistribute it as your own, or use it to generate spam. Linking, sharing, embedding screenshots, and quoting are welcome.
